2. Services Description

Zyora provides web design, development, mobile applications, cloud services, and AI automation solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Mobile application development
  • Cloud infrastructure setup and management
  • AI-powered automation solutions
  • Digital transformation consulting

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as per the agreed terms in your service agreement. We accept payments through our secure payment gateway. Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Zyora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in your service agreement.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend services for maintenance or updates. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zyora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide professional services to the best of our abilities and industry standards.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
